Study of welding - ウェルディングの研究

We, welders always try to have better welding in daily work. But it is better to study about welding, sometimes. This is the example for us. After each welder reads this document, it would be better to discuss how we sould weld, how we improve our welding, and so on. Both practice and study makes us improve.

我々、ウェルダーは普段の仕事のなかでより良いウェルディングに努めているが、しかし時には研究する（勉強する）ことも必要である。これは（写真上）私達のための、一つの例であるが。各々がこの資料を読み、後でどのような溶接を心がけるべきか、どのように自分達の溶接技術をインプルーブできるかなどについて話し合うなどすると良い。実践と研究の両方が自分達の仕事をインプルーブする。
