Welding tools - 溶接道具

Each welder has their own welding tools and styles. I also have my own welding tools.
As my style, I do not put any extra which is not necessary for my welding around me. And I always keep them clean and organized even when I am so busy. Because these welding tools are very important things to keep a welding quality. I think this is a significant attitude as a craftsman (at least, in Japan).
It will be better if the style is more simple. By keeping my style, I can forcus on making my welding better and improving something. (Organizing is the first step in order to improve anything.)

ウェルダーはそれぞれのウェルディングツールを持っている。僕もまた自分専用のそして一つのスタイルを持っている。
僕は基本的に、溶接に必要の無い余計なものはまわりに置かない。そしてたとえどんなに自分が忙しい時でもいつも自分用のツールはクリーンに、整理された状態を保つようにしている。なぜならこれらのツールは溶接の質を保つためにとても重要なものだからである。これはクラフトマンとしての心構えの一つである。
スタイルとしてはシンプルであればあるほど良いと思う（個人的に）。僕は自分のスタイルを保つことにより、自分の溶接をより良いものにすることに集中できる。
