Welding stem and seat post - ステムとシートポストの溶接

Sometimes I weld stems and seat posts. Whenever I weld them, I try to confirm my present skill. Because there are most of the welding basises in it. In the process for welding them, there are a part which has very different thickness, the same thickness part, and a thin part to weld. In fact, I can see the welder's habit and the skill in them. It is quite interesting.

時々、ステムやシートポストなどのパーツを溶接するのだけれど、それらを溶接する度に、自分の現時点のスキルレベルを確認するようにしている。なぜなら、溶接の基本の多くがその中に含まれているからである。それらを溶接する過程には、ものすごく異なる厚さを持った部分や、同じ厚さの部分、薄い部分などがある。実際、溶接されたステムやシートポストを見ると、そのウェルダーの癖やスキルを知ることができるから興味深い。
