I posted about another great welder before, but I couldn't take her welding pictures. Today I took some. The feature of her welding is elegant anyway, not coarse at all. It is uniform. In order to have great welding, you not only have lots of experience, but also always need to be aware of the relation ; torch moving speed, amount of heat which needs sufficient penetration, wire timing and the amount, and welding trace line. By being more conscious about the relation and keep seeking the best relation, I think I can improve my welding skill. I wouldn't be a great welder if I just repeatedly weld.

もう一人の素晴らしいウェルダーについて以前書いたが写真を撮る事が出来なかった。今日丁度タイミングよく撮れたので載せます。彼女の溶接の特徴はいつも上品に溶接をすること、全く粗悪でない（当然だけど）、そして常に等間隔である。このような素晴らしいウェルディングができるようになるためには、たくさんの経験だけでなく、トーチの移動速さ、十分な溶け込みを必要とする熱量、溶棒のタイミングと量、そして溶接のトレースラインといったことを意識することが必要である。このようなことをより意識することにより、そして常にベストな感覚を探り続けることで、技術が上がるのだと思う。ただ繰り返し溶接しているだけでは素晴らしいウェルダーにはなれないだろう。
