Welding (steel) by my foreman

There is a foreman in welding department who has welding experience for about 30 years. He has welded so long time (maybe too much). He is undoubtedly an expert who has lots of knowledge and skill in welding field. I actually have learned a lot about welding and metal work from him (especially about welding basis), and I have watched many times his welding style by him. I am still learning something. He is a gentle man, but sometimes becomes a strict master...
When I particuraly look at his welded steel frame, I always think that he is a proficient welder.
It takes time to become an accomplished person in a field.

３０年の溶接経験を持つ親方さんがSevenにいる。彼はそんなにも長い期間溶接をし続けている（しすぎかもしれないが、、、）。 彼は間違いなく溶接の分野でたくさんの専門知識とスキルを持ったベテランである。自分も実際、彼から実に多くのことを学んできた。彼の溶接スタイルに関しては間近で何度も観てきた。今でも彼からしばしば教わることがある。彼は優しい人であるが、時に非常に厳しい親方さんである。
ともあれ、彼が溶接したフレームを見るたびにいつも、彼の熟練度を強く肌で感じる。 どんな分野でもその道のエキスパートになるには時間がかかる。
