Spoke holder? - スポークホルダー？

This bike is a touring bike. It has lots of options on it. It has a kick stand and spoke holder, too. Spoke holder!? I have never seen it.
Some touring bike have a spoke holder on them. If there is anything wrong on a spoke, some people change it. I didn't know that. So maybe, this customer will have a heavy tour with this bike.

このバイクはツーリングバイクである。たくさんのオプション付き。キックスタンドとスポークホルダーも付いている。スポークホルダー！？　今までにそんなの見たことがない。
ツーリングバイクによっては、スポークホルダーを装備しているらしい。もし何かツーリング中に、スポークに問題が発生した場合、交換するそうである。知らなかった！　多分このバイクのオーナーはヘビーなツーリングをするのでしょう。
