I ordered some Ti tubing and weld wire for my KUALIS customers today. It costs $????.00 just for ? bikes!!

B60 ceramic beads for bead blast

I had a helper for my shop KUALIS. His name is Nao. (He is also a frame builder (brazing).) He thinks he wants to learn welding from me. I accepted him, but he has to help some work for my shop instead. I hope he will be a good helper to me.

KUALIS のショップでの助っ人を得た。彼の名前は”Nao” 君である。彼はTig 溶接を習いたいと考えている（ちなみに彼もロー付けで自身のブランドのフレームを作っている。）受け入れました。知っている事は全ておしえてあげましょう！！その代わりにショップの仕事を手伝ってもらう事にした。彼がいい仕事をしてくれることを期待してます。

KUALIS CX フレームのオーダーはシーズン直前では間に合わない可能性がありますので余裕をもって御願いいたします。工房での最初のカスタマーのフレーム製作開始時期は6月上旬頃になる予定です。（フレーム冶具のシッピングが5月末にされるとの連絡をSputnik Tool からもらいました）
基本的にオーダーされた順番でフレーム製作をいたします。

Level in paper

I found this paper two weeks ago and there was a name "Shiko Matsuda, Level". I yearned after my old days through the picture of a bike...

2週間ほど前にこのペーパーをランチルームで見つけた。そこに”Shiko Matsuda, Level”という文字があった。その写真の中のバイクを見て少し懐かしい気持ちになった。

An important block 2

I cut a piece of steel block 10 days ago. Then I filed and finished up. This block is going to work for squish CS. So this is an important block to make the shape of squish for KUALIS CS.

10日ほど前にカットした鉄の塊をヤスリで削り、仕上げた。このブロックはチェーンステーのつぶしをするときに活躍してくれる。KUALIS のフレームのCS のつぶしの形状を決める重要なブロックになる。
