Less is more

"Less is more" This word is by Mies Van der Rohe (architect, 1886-1969). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludwig_Mies_van_der_Rohe This word means the less the better, the more simple the better... It is said so in general.
But I think this word also has a little deeper sense. Less is more means several things are compacted in one thing and it looks simple, but it has a deep sense... It would be great if I could do that kind of work.

”Less is More”　この言葉はミース　ファン　デル　ローエ（建築家、１８８６－１９６９）によるものである。この言葉が意味するところは、より少ないことはより豊かなことである。シンプルなほうが良い、、、などであるが、しかしこの言葉の意味にもう一歩ふみこむと、それは幾つかある要素を一つに凝縮されたもの、見た目にはシンプルだがその一つにはいくつもの意味合いが凝縮されている、、、と言えるのではないだろうか？　もし自分がそのようなものつくりができたらなんとすばらしい事かと思う。
