Hard spot!

This is a comfortable spot. これぐらいだと快適。

There are some hard spots to weld. This is one of them. After our Mtn. down tube was changed to curve down tube, it got harder to weld like the picture above.
The gap is just 2mm and tangsten is about 1.5mm (diameter)... The top of the tangsten is sharp, but still hard to weld the spot.

幾つか溶接困難なスポットがあるが、これもその一つ。Seven のマウンテンバイクのダウンチューブがカーブDT に変わってから、上の写真のように溶接がさらに難しくなった。
その隙間は2mm程度、タングステン電極の直径が約1.5mm程度。。。電極の先は尖らしてはいるが、しかしそれでもハードスポットである事には変わりは無い。
