Inventory - 在庫調べ

We take an inventory once a month. We check everything of parts, tubes... By keeping inventory, we can reduce any waste because we can figure out how our things are used. This is an important work for a manufacturer. In Seven, we can take an inventory smoothly (We employ "KANBAN" system in Toyota production system.). We also can understand our products flow easily. Our inventory system is well-organized. We do not have useless things so much. This is very important.

一月に一度在庫調べをする。パーツから、チューブはもちろんありとあらゆるものの在庫を全てチェックする。定期的な在庫調べを継続することで、様々な無駄を取り除くことができる。自分達のプロダクトに関わる全てのものがどのように、どのようなペースで使用されているか把握できる。これはマニュファクチャラーにとって非常に重要な仕事である。Seven ではこの在庫調べはスムーズに行われる（トヨタプロダクションシステムの”看板”システムを採用している）。また我々のプロダクトの流れも把握しやすい。Seven の在庫システムはよくオーガナイズドされている。ほとんど無駄なものがない。これは非常に重要な事である。
