Lugged frame - ラグド フレーム

This decal is by the painter's mistake. I didn't make a claim.

This is my first lugged steel frame I made in Japan.
    TT - KAISEI 019 (D25.4mm/0.8/0.5/0.8)
    ST - KAISEI 065 (D28.6/0.8/0.5/0.65)
    DT - KAISEI 8630(nickel)(D28.6/0.8/0.5/0.8)
    CS - KAISEI 8630R(nickel)(D22.2/0.7/0.5)
    SS - KAISEI (D14/0.6)
    Fork blade - Deda (D24oval/0.9)

Anyway, I worked for everything except painting for the first time. I used to practice brazing with many scraps at lunch time and after work. And also, it took more than 1 year to master the finishing (filing) skill of lugs (until I can make the same quality, same appearrance in the same space of time on any frame. Especially, it is difficult to file thinner and make even thickness on both sides.). I will never make lugged steel frame in the future (maybe). But I cannot part with this frame. When I look at some details of this frame, old feelings come through.
